International Fuel Quality Center (hereinafter referred to as IFQC) sets forth the terms and conditions by which IFQC members and visitors may obtain and use information, products and materials provided by or on behalf of IFQC.

• MEMBERS are required to provide registered username and password information, issued by IFQC, to gain access to our member only content and services. By using our web site you agree to all user restrictions, rules, copyrights, and confidentiality standards. Members may, on an ad hoc basis, include limited portions of information copyrighted by IFQC in its memoranda, reports or presentations if such use of copyrighted information is expressly attributed to IFQC.

  IFQC agrees to allow companies with current membership status and its assigns access to its information, products, and materials, which may be retransmitted internally within the member’s company. MEMBERS SHALL NOT ALLOW ANY COPYRIGHTED INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR MATERIALS OF ANY KIND FROM IFQC TO BE USED, COPIED, OR RETRANSMITTED EXTERNALLY AND OUTSIDE LICENSEE COMPANY WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION OF IFQC OR ITS ASSIGNS.

    How we collect and use personal information Registering for membership with IFQC gives you access to all the site’s information and features. The only information required is your name, title, company, address, city, country, ZIP/postal code, phone, and email address. With your approval, we occasionally will send e-mail to notify you about important changes to the site, new services, and membership information.
  • How we protect your personal information
    All personal data you enter on IFQC web site is encrypted with secure server software (SSL) that encodes the information before your Web browser software sends it to us. The SSL software decodes the data only after it reaches our server, meaning hackers can’t snatch any of your personal information while it is in transit. Once the data reaches our site, the same state-of-the-art security software we use to guard all of our company’s essential business data protects your personal data as well.

  It is mutually agreed that all information gathered by or received from IFQC, i.e.: business materials, business concepts, business plans, client lists, financial data and materials, and all other business information and materials shared by and between Licensee and IFQC’s web site, shall remain STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and shall not be transmitted to a third party in any form whatsoever without the express written consent of the affected party.
• Obtaining Your Consent
  By using our Web site, you give IFQC permission to collect information about the pages served to you as an anonymous user for the purpose of calculating aggregate site statistics. If you register with IFQC, you authorize IFQC to use information you provide to personalize the information we deliver to you and to use your demographic information when calculating aggregate customer data. As a registered member, you will give IFQC and our agent’s permission to send you e-mails related to the membership agreement.
• Copyright
  All non-public materials contained in or provided by or on behalf of IFQC or its members are exclusively owned and copyrighted by IFQC. This copyrighted information includes, but is not limited to, original documents, letters, reports, summaries, analyses, electronic communication, presentations, and any other information, products or materials prepared by or on behalf of IFQC.
