Methanol :

Methanol (or methyl alcohol) is an organic chemical compound (i.e. a compound comprised of hydrogen, carbon and oxygen). The chemical structure of methanol is CH3OH. The primary uses of methanol are as feedstock for chemical derivatives, and in the production of the gasoline oxygenate MTBE. Methanol is also a feedstock in the production of bio-diesel, and DME.


MMT :

MMT, or methylcyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl, is a metal-based fuel additive that marginally increases the octane rating of gasoline.
