Thank you for your annual book 2009 Worldwide Fuel Specifications. I received that book with pleasure. The fuel spec data is very important for us, as reference for improvement and monitoring of our product quality and comparison to Oil Companies in other countries.
I find the bi weekly very efficient, it gives an condensed update of changes and one can also read the details if required.
